We believe in good old fashioned customer service! Thats we have a small tech support team who are based inside the UK and work hard to ensure your broadband is always at its best. If you need any help they are on hand to help.
If, in the 1st 30 days of service, you for any reason are not 100% happy with the service you are receiving from us let us know and we’ give you your money back once we’ve completed the de-installation…we can’t say fairer than that?
We never charge for going over your data allowance, we cap your speeds, you can stay capped until the reset day (normally end of the month) or you can call and upgrade your package or you can reset your allowance for £5. No massive excess data charges – guaranteed!
